Warm Homes: Local Grant
For homes in Exeter, Torbay, Teignbridge, East Devon, Mid Devon, North Devon, Torridge, South Hams* and West Devon*
The Warm Homes: Local Grant scheme is a government funded scheme to reduce the energy bills of low-income households living in poorly performing homes.
It will fund home improvement measures including insulation, low carbon heating upgrades and solar panels.
This scheme is due to start in April 2025 and set to run for 3-5 years.
This scheme is open to households who have a low income (as defined by the scheme) and have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) of D or below.
Further details of this scheme will be released shortly.
